Our Personal Shopping service allows you to run errands remotely by connecting you to a dedicated personal shopper who will assist you with your purchases from start to finish. They will shop from any store in the same shopping centre, and our Runner collects everything in one trip. No hopping between apps or paying multiple delivery fees.

Once you’ve placed and paid for your order, you’ll be instantly matched with a Personal Shopper.
You can then chat, call, send pictures, or even video call through the Send Me Pls app. This allows you to:

1. Confirm brand andproduct choices and substitute items

2. Request last-minute additions

3. Track progress in real time

4. Your shopper will keep you updated every step of the way until delivery.

Yes, you can but timing matters.

Before shopping starts: You can cancel and receive a full refund.

After shopping has begun: A partial refund applies, excluding items already purchased or time spent shopping.

Once delivered: Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Contact support via the app for quick assistance.

You can choose from:
  1. Standard Delivery: Same-day delivery within your area (up to 60km radius).
  2. Express Delivery: Delivered within 1–2 hours, depending on traffic and store queues.
  3. Scheduled Delivery: Choose a time slot that suits you best.
We currently operate across Gauteng, Western Cape, KZN, and Mpumalanga, expanding soon nationwide.

You’ll receive live tracking updates in the app, showing:

  1. Your shopper’s location
  2. Shopping progress
  3. Estimated delivery time
  4. You can also chat directly if you need updates or to add extra items before checkout.

 

Returns depend on the store’s individual policy.
Your shopper can assist you in processing returns back to the original store, provided:

The store accepts returns

Items are unused and in original packaging

You contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Service and delivery fees are non-refundable.
A returning service fee will charged.

We’re currently putting systems in place to launch the Send Me Pls Rewards Program, where every completed order will earn you Send Me Points that can be redeemed for discounts, free deliveries, and exclusive promotions.
